About the course
Contemporary has its base in modern contemporary dance and is as much about your personal expression as about exploring a palette of movement qualities. We take care of your individual movement language and explore different dynamics while building a foundation of dance technique. The class includes warm-up and technique with a focus on breathing, strength work, floorwork, improvisation and choreography. The movements can be anything from dynamic and abstract to lyrical and light. Each teacher has their personal style with music from lyrical pop to contemporary and classical music. Welcome with an open mind and a joy of movement! Clothing: training clothes, bare feet or socks.
