About the course
In these classes we practise strength and body control — we need both strength and stamina to get through a whole class. In Powermoves we work with windmills, headspins and more — a bit acrobatic. Don't know them yet? You'll learn. We dance to music with groove. Clothing: any training clothes, indoor trainers.
