About the course
In these classes we practise strength and body control — we need both strength and stamina to get through a whole class. Breakdance has many techniques. This class focuses on top rock, downrock, footwork, freezes, lots of tricks and combos as well as powermoves. Don't know them yet? You'll learn. We dance to music with groove. Clothing: any training clothes, indoor trainers.
